Did you watch the BTCC converage yesterday? I was a bit disappointed to see such a small field of cars (only 12 or 13), the Astra Sport Hatch jobbies looked a bit too mush like corsas for my liking, but the Integra Type R's looked niiiiiiicccce...

Yeah i watched it on Motors TV, quite impressed as they were live at Donnington practically all day...so i watched the clio cup race and some of the 911 racing as well.

Not keen on the astra's, be rooting for honda this year

Felt a bit sorry for Plato, when he was complaining about the astra and integra being built to 'super touring car' specs and he couldnt keep up with them!

Anyone know the difference?

the astra and integra are build to BTCC spec.the toledo is built to ETCC spec which means its at least a good 50kgs heavier and i think maybe abit less power full.they made it fair last year for them and should do the same for this year

Oh yes , they were most impressive.

Some of the support races were good fun as well.

It's just a shame that there isn't a wider range of teams getting involved.

It would be nice to see half a dozen manufacturers plus the various privateers.

I wonder if Skoda would consider it for next year when the new VRS is out......

Could be good publicity just as it was for Volvo when they joined in

well it did wonders for the T5 sales...

Skoda should get in there with the new vRS when its done...
