Our Fabia Brake Discs are manufactured from premium quality blanks that have undergone high quality checks, when manufactured they are produced from 100% Steel batch process, Hardness and Tensile Strength is inspected and they are also dyno balanced, through the process run-out is also controlled to ensure a high quality brake disc is produced, finally surface venting and cooling patterns are then CNC machined using the latest in technology, also to a surface tolerance of just .001 mm which is 1 micron.
