Should I sell?

Featured Replies

Well the time to make a decision has finally arrived! We are expecting a baby and will only need 1 car for the next year, so that will obviously be our Roomster. Therefore the sensible side of me says to sell the Fabia, but my heart wants to keep it! Realistically though I've done so much to it that i can't decide!

Given my current situation and the economy, would you guys sell or just let it sit for a year unused?!? Opinions please!!!

Was the satnav factory fitted?

It's genuine Skoda Nav, but retro fitted by me. Why buddy?

If this becomes a disguised "whats it worth, make offers" thread, it won't last long. ;) (unless you join freedom via "store" link above)

Just keep it within the rules. :)

No thats not what this is about, I know what it's worth and I know where and how to sell it. I'm just wondering if it's worth selling considering what I have done to it, or if I should just sell up and put up with one car for a year. Ideally I would have liked to upgraded the turbo but I don't think that's going to happen now, gone are the days of expendable income!!! I just thought someone here might make some valid points to keep or sell it, and I posted the list of mods so people understand what state the car is in as it has some very rare extras fitted!

Just thought, would any of the above mods fit my 2007 Roomster??? It's a 1.9tdi.

Personally, if it was me and it isn't costing you money, I'd keep it. If you've spent a bit of money on it and made it your own, can't you just let it sit and use it for a weekend car and go for the odd blast?
