The times come to part with the 4x4. I have put off selling it for months but finally have been convinced into buying a bigger, sensible diesel.

As the post says , 10k plus of Awesome Gti fitted mods, plus some of a less technical nature of my own including the Leon interior, vRS front bumper and Audi TT 16's.

I have had some nice cars in the past and nothing has been as much fun to drive and I hope it will go to a Briskoda member who will appreciate and look after it.

Cheers guys. Will really miss it - the smiles to pound ratio is going to be hard to beat. Yes had usual ebay interest, but when "seriously interested" enquiries are pushed, they don't commit to a deposit for me to stop the auction, so not taken seriously.

Not sure what to say here so will just say Dave has been in contact and we have sorted this amicably. I am really sorry things have turned out this way for him.

I already have a stg2 4x4 estate but stock other than revo map, I was holding out to do the tfsi k04 conversion in mine but with other comitments (house purchase for one) it was not going to happen and have the race car to get out this season and finish the tfsi (S3) conversion into VX220 as its due on track in July so this car makes a lot more sense and done to my taste for everyday car
