Pd150 hybrid need mapping?

Featured Replies

Basically my turbo went last week and i have ordered a pd150 hybrid. My car has a custom map on it from jabba to suit the mods it has but that was for a standard turbo. Is it manditory to map the hybrid in straight away? Or would it be okay on the map i already have without causing damage to it?

I do intend to map it. But i need to save for a fmic before i map it.

Fine as is!

I had all the hardware to run 220 but it was run at stock 130 power until the map with no issues

Cheers mate! Just didnt wanna put it on and it run poop or blow the turbo up lol

Should be fine. Might just not have the best turbo response as the pd150 has a different N75 map due to it being bigger.

If you have VCDS log channel 11 to see how it's responding.
