Air vent on passenger side?

Featured Replies

I have managed to take out the rim of the vent but how to get whole structure out? Something is holding it in, can i take it out from the cabin or i need to access it from rear side?

Held in by 2 metal prongs on the top and the same on the bottom. You can see the top ones in the pic, you need to slowly prise it out with a screwdriver but be carefully not to damage the dash.

So i need to press those two springs with at screwdriver down and at the same time try to pull the device out? Is that right?

What about getting it back cuz i just want to change one pin on the vent, i need to put the rim on main component and then to push whole strucutre into dash? I am right?

Thanks in advance

I think when I took mine out I use a trim remover tool on the left side and managed to get it out. Once out, rebuild it and simply push It back in and it clicks in place
