I have been offered 250.00 including fees but he doesn't get paid till the end of the month but to get it that price he is sending me his docs so I can transfer straight to his car to keep the cost down as the transfer fee to go straight to another car is 80.00 but if I was to be put on a retention certificate the charge would be 105.00 so if you wanted to do that it would be 280.00 including fees

Its a number plate why would distance come into it?? Paperwork is sent to dvla they send new form to new owners house you then go buy 2x plates !!!!
