I think VRS is the big clue here

Because the plate is registered to a car so I need to have it removed from my car to the next owners which if I had all docs from both cars I can transfer straight to there car which cost 80.00 if I put it on to retention certificate it is 105.00 which gives the new owner one year to put it to any car and I wouldn't need any docs for the car it's going to be put on

Never seen that message about the number and that the only message I saw was someone offering me 150.00 for it so I needed to get it of my vrs before the tax ran out etc so the cheapest way for me to transfer straight to my car if you think it was to good to be true that's down to you oh we'll it's going to be on my other car in seven days
