Looked up the fine £80. could do without that as getting car ready for some small upgrades.

If it is 10 days you are allowed to go over I'm sure he would of heard something by now. There the kind of people that won't hang about when wanting to get more money out of people. But we will see what lands on the doormat.

if you are talking about a NIP, and you havent recieved it withing 14 days, its very unlikley to turn up (only excuse for that , provided your address is correct, is lost in the post!) otherwise, its not comming.
