I have tried what it says in the handbook, pull up lever underneath rear seat and the seat will slide back & fore - well it doesn't!

Any tips?

A good shove, mine were very hard to move the first time I tried.

Mike, mine were the same when new.

I found it easiest to sit in the seat I wanted to move, lift the lever and shove my @rse forwards or backwards.

They're easy to move now they've loosened up.

Just a thought... You don't mean the centre seat do you?

Yes I agree. I've found after several years of lifting my lever and shoving my @rse forwards and backwards things have loosened up considerably.

After studying many posts on this forum all I can sat is "Trust Bobdog to bring the conversation down to his level"

Now why didn't I think of sitting in the seat and try moving it when I'm sitting there! Rather than standing outside and trying to move it with my arms.

After all my arms are not as powerful as my bum - I will not use any of the quotes I have been told after a good curry!

I don't want to spoil anyone's Saturday morning!
