I love this splitter, I'm nearly temped myself,

Is it a Skoda part number?

Looks like the one from Superskoda.

WHAT FFS!! E239??????

Another Superskoda rip off!

^^ yep rip off, and

produced under special request/order only !

Only made to order, wonder how long it would take, and probably cost the same again in postage :p

Worth it though because it looks awesome

I don't think that's expensive really!

This bad boy continues to rear it's head, about 6 months ago I negotiated a group buy with SS which worked out to 30% if I could get 10 people interested ............ unfortunately I think only 3 people came forward including Harry and myself. I was eventually put off by correspondence with SS where they claimed a fitting kit wasn't included due to the issues with glues getting damaged because of climate, WTF???

I would be interested in one if they made them for the FL VRS, but wouldnt buy off Superskoda again (con men)

The problem is Superskoda have blotted their copy book numerous times in the past which when you think of it, is a damn silly thing to do if you are selling to such a limited market.

The combination of poor customer service, sky-high prices, shoddy workmanship and ridiculous shipping charges means that you have to really want something from them!

Personally I'd give em a wide berth.........

Has anyone got this splitter on here?

I'd like to see more pics than the normal super Skoda pics!

Can this be painted hate anything black!

The whole kit is nice and they do a nice new rear diffuser.

That's a really weird shape for a diffuser - curves under the car then back out again.. that can't be any good for airflow shirely?

Looks like the exhaust cut outs are symmetrical therefore it would suit my dual pipes quite nicely :)

E36 M3 style, I like it.

I actually like that rear diffuser

Skoda do a rear diffuser which i am very tempted to get.

I also have this front Splitter fitted to mine (which iirc Wardth has too as i'm sure i got the idea from him). I finally got round to refitting it again yesterday as i didn't want to use the supplied glue along with the self tapping screws so i got myself some more screws. If you fit with just the supplied screws only you will get vibration as it flaps a bit above 50mph.

It is very well made and is a perfect fit. Not to everyone's taste but i quite like it.

I got it from here and they got it to me in 4 days which was good going.

vRS Carl that diffuser doesn't fit the vrs mate. I say doesnt. It will but isn't a perfect fit and requires some modding ???? I have on fitted to mine. (An eBay bargain ????)

I like the front splitter on yours. I'm currently trying to convince myself I need one for my candy white estate ????

How do you find yours now you've refitted it

It's fine. I added some extra screws to ensure nothing wobbles and tested it on the runway at work and there was no vibration etc way above M'Way speed.

Why does the Skoda rear diffuser not fit the vRS? It's the same (or only slightly different) bumper as a normal Octavia. What did you have to modify? Are sure it was a genuine item you got from eBay?

It doesn't mate up underneath properly the bumper on the vrs angles more than the standard one leaving a little gap which needs sorting on the outer edges. It's defo genuine. It came from a main dealer in Skoda box all nicely wrapped. It says in the Skoda fitting instructions also that it's not for vrs as does the ad on superskoda it looks okay on however I'm not 100% happy with it.

How have you changed fittings on you splitter. Did you find it easy to fit?

I never changed any fittings on it. I screwed it on using the standard fixing points that are in the instructions. I then just added screws where I could wobble it and doubled up the existing screws by placing another next to it about an inch away.

You don't have to use the extra screws you could use the supplied glue. But I don't like to make mods like this permanent. So I just opted for more screws. The most I would use would be trim tape.

Could you post up a pic of the Rear Diffuser on yours and where the gaps are? Cheers :)

If you pm me you email address I will send you some. Can't get the up on here from my phone
