Sunglasses holder (in roof)

Featured Replies

I have a Greenline which in the roof there is a large blank that would fit a sunglass holder / storage area. Has anyone retro fitted one of these?

I have factory fitted one.   One tip I'd offer is that if you are thinking of putting one in to house sunglasses, then go to a dealer & find out if your glasses are small enough to fit in the space & still close it.   Within my family, only my two year old grandson has sunnys to fit.

My Oakley Whiskers only just fit in!

Tis standard on mine, but I would think it is relatively easy to retro-fit

yah.. the size is really small! all my adidas sunglasses dont fit!

I have no chance with my fat head then!!! I was wanting it to "hide" my Mifi device. Which is about the size of small mobile.

Anybody retrofitted one?

My sunglasses don't fit either but not really bothered. They didn't fit in my old Vectra either. They'll just sit on top of the steering wheel surround under the instrument binacle and be closer to hand.

I keep my spare reading glasses in mine, they fit just fine as do my Maui Jim sun glasses. I guess I must have a small head!!

Bloody useless size!

Agreed - far too small for the more modern, sporty, wrap around type sunglasses, and my head isn't even that big!

I think that Skoda have misunderstood the demographics of their drivers.

They have assumed that we are all so old that we only ever wear monocles or pince-nez. B)

You can get at least two tinted monocles in the sunglass holder! ;)
