I think I might have seen a walk-through on how to replace the roof light in the Superb, but cant really remember where I found it, so I was wondering if anybody here could write a quick walkthrough for me?

How many LED`s do I have to buy?

But do I need some other LED`s for the light that is lid as soon as the doors open? I guess the ones in my link is for the "reading light"?

Don't bother with that type as they are crap (from experience).

The best ones I have tried so far are these, you 'need':

5x for the over head lights (2 in front, 3 in rear)

Whilst you are at it get some of these:

4x for footwell lights

2x tailgate

2x puddle lights in the mirrors.

Then you have the vanity lights above the sunvisors (not done mine as I don't use the lights), etc etc etc.

I replaced the ones for the footwell and for the tailgate yesterday.

Puddle lights? Is that the ones underneath the mirrors that light up when it`s dark outside? (have to ask to be on the safe side of things)

Unfortunately non will work on MY09 onwards VAG cars, you could solder a 5W resistor to the bulbs you have bought that would work.

(Thinking about doing this very thing for SWMBO's Audi TT)
