Fuji HS28EXR...........I decided to take the bull by the balls

Featured Replies

I decided in the end that would compliment my SLR set-up, and come in handy when I want to travel (comparatively) light

Bought from Argos, and advertised as the HS20EXR, the camera supplied was actually the HS28EXR - I'm not exactly sure if there is any difference between the two

The main reasons for getting it ?

The 30x (720mm in real terms) optical zoom, and the Motion Panorama function

And all I can say is "wow"

Focusing speed is fantastic, the panorama function is pretty easy to use if you follow the instructions, and you can get clear handheld shots at full zoom

Here's a few examples, taken pretty much straight out of the box

And a few 120 degree panoramas

any photo of a Vulcan is a good picture IMO, no matter what camera was used.
