VRS Suspension

Featured Replies

Hi

am looking in to new suspension i think the front end is a little low i can here scrap wen parking on curbs and going down steep hills and these are things i come across all time due to where i live any ways body kit going on not side skirts tho nicely styled front and back bumpers dont wanna scrap the new front one any susggestions on highering the front end a bit more thanks ????

PS i have been looking in to supension kit but dnt really understand what measurements mean

the vrs is natrally low on the front anyway mate. your front shocks/springs mite be worn and sagging a bit. fitting new set may solve it.

if you did actually want to raise it more, you could try normal octavia set up as its 20mm higher, or buy coilovers and raise it more. you will ruine the way the vRS handles tho..

My car sits 2" off the floor and i get about ok, you just need to rethink the way you tackle car parks etc. i can still get up the multistory for my local sainsburys. i do scrap a little on the way out tho! lol

As mentioned coilovers could be your answer.

Something like the Weitec Hicon GT kit is a very good option and excellent quality as well as being comfortable on the road.

Let me know if you need any prices or info.
