Just wondering if the Octavia FL cigarette lighter socket is permanently powered or is it a ignition powered accessory?

    The ones in my FL Octavia offer a convenient way to connect a CTEK battery charger.

    Shame as I wanted to connect my iPhone cradle (tom-tom cradle) to the cigarette lighter but its no good if its a permanent live really, wanted an ignition feed. Anyone know where the easiest ignition feed can be taken from?

    Fusebox? any other easy ignition powered locations?
