Removed headlining + rattle can painted with satin black about 3 coats. Bought vrs A + B pillars + door seals/ grab handles/ sun visors/ interior light (all black) then painted the remaining rear pillars black

used satin black rattle cans m8.. used about 4 cans.. dont know the specific make.. it was whatever was lying around at wrk

it was a local bodyshop in Wakefield called A&D autobodys.. i know the lads so they did me a good deal

Plans are to finish everything off that iv started lol.. map it.. then sell it

Cant get a mx5 till i have a garage to put it in lol.. iv still got the polo tdi so i will replace the fabia with something bigger + hopefully replace the polo with something less sensible

I havnt updated my thread in ages.. mainly because its been off road since it lost drive (suspected clutch + also because the Photobucket App has become rubbish so for more updates follow me on instagram @M9YTY. I have bought and sold another few sets of wheels since the last pic lol + bought a donor fabia vrs to convert mine to 6 speed + finally swap the loom so that it uses a vacuum box like a vrs instead of 2 n75 valves. Anyway i finally cracked on + this is what my sunday morning consisted of.

I have finally found out why the car lost drive + as expected it was the techiclutch friction plate that had failed. It had been in the car for a whopping 1000miles only hense it looks like new.

It amazes me how companies like that can get away with churning out poor products like that.
