I really like the demo, i mean sure its lost some of its forza charm rolling the car and geting it back over your self etc. The demo doesnt really shed much light on how the game is going to be story wise as it doesnt let you do much, but it does keep you interested. Speed cameras off roading even the begining video is pretty effing Good!!!!! Not too sure on the racing an aero plane???? But its all in good fun. I want to see what the modding will be like on the more subtle cars (Engine conversions ETC) then we will see the games true colours. Hopefully will have kept the same modding chriteria as 4 because its literally limitless i also hope they kept a fiew japanese Giants R33,34, Supra etc.. i wona do some 800+ bhp freeway pulls online againt my friends!!!! that will make it a good game but impressions are good. Will deffo be buying.

If your friends are online, does it show them in your game?

^ ^ I was thinking the same thing.... im guessing it will be one of those xbox live party things where you get put into the same server... just think if you only had one server for online free roaming. it would be a massive traffic jam of modded and exotic cars lol.. must be different servers and you can go on with your mates that way.

Must say I enjoyed the demo, was surprised how easy it was compared to Forza 4. Didn't really enjoy it on the first play. Took me a few goes to get to grip with it. Just doesn't compare to Forza 4. However enjoyed it the more I played, got all the upgrade barriers, 6% off iirc, and got round 125mph on the speed trap iirc.

Easy to play though, all the cars are so easy to drive, forgiving when pushing on but easy to poke with a stick and get the tail out. Going to pre order it and give it a bash.

Having played the demo, it's good, but I won't be spending my money on it.

The game play looks good, but for me it's not Forza and seems a bit like it has been released as a bit of a filler between the main Forza games.

The next driving game I will get is F1 2012. As long as they keep releasing cars for FM4, then I will be happy.

Theyve said 'regular monthly dlc' for forza 4 has stopped, whether that means we'll ever get another pack, im not sure. I know its rumoures that they still have cars they can release spare, so hopefully ;p.

Not really a filler as such as its not turn 10 that have been developing it, they just lent out their game engine, so to speak.

Dont see the appeal of 2012, looks like not much has changed from 2011 imo.

Played the demo for about 2 hours now, I love it. I'm not into the sim type racing games, I love the feel of Horizon.

WowHD are showing it as on backorder now, dammit.

Just been to game and bought it after saying I wouldnt as in a forza 4 faithful. But gotta say, I love it so far once you get the assists set. Only played it for an hour so far, but cruising around at night with your lights on looks and awesome.

Got the game this morning. Must say I'm well impressed with it. It takes some getting used to after playing forza 4 but overall I'm happy. The only issues for me is the off road bits and the tuning. Off road in a Lamborghini? Yeah right.

Can you turn your lights on and off? It would be cool...that and dropping the roof on a convertible...

Didn't think much to the demo but loving the full game, music is gud but not as gud as the sound of a Ferrari 250gto through the mountains!!
