which bits you planning to stick on which car ?

Have Uprated front 23mm antiroll bar to fit.

Exhaust a bit at a time due to cost. Have a new Magnex 2.75" rear box, Milltek 2.5" front section cat back. Just need a milltek intermediate MVW168 then 2.5" to 2.75" adaptor. Working on a theory that the exhaust should be larger diameter towards the rear to improve gas flow. - probably bollix

If anything...

It wants to be bigger from the exhaust manifold and get smaller on the way back. Air when hot expands in volume (example, blow up a balloon, then stick balloon in the fridge and leave it for a while. Go back to watch the balloon magically shrink) and it'll be at its hottest after exiting the engine, and cool slightly along the route... So the volume of air will decrease as you get further towards the end, not requiring a large exit because there is less volume so less back pressure the closer you get to the back of the car.
