What's the lowest spec android phone I can use for the Torque App?

Best value android phone, in my opinion is the Huawei G300, currently £100 on Vodafone PAYG. It will be ou on other networks soon.

I've just been reading a long thread over at HUKD about this phone. Gets loads of good comments too.

Also available on amazon for £100 locked to voda (but oos)

I could probably get a htc desire for £80 ish or may try for a orange San Francisco for about £50

I'd get the Huawei G300 -The original HTC Desire doesn't have much storage space for apps -you can fix this by partitioning the SD card but it's a lot of hassle to do this.

I've got an old desire and the G300 is the only phone at this price that is an upgrade, all other budget android phones are same spec or less than the desire.

Green stripe is right on storage space, have to mess about to even get a few decent apps on. :(

I got myself a small android pad, should do too.

Bought a Lenovo Ideal Pad Tablet A1.

There are a lot of china Android Pads that are cheaper.

Biggest advantage, the screen is bigger.

And I can still use my iPhone

The San Francisco/Blade works fine. I used to have one. Torque even works on a Huawei X1 (u8180) but the real time logging is a bit laggy.
