Create an account in some photo keep / share site such as photobucket or flicker and then upload your photo there. Then your photo will get an address. After that you just include that address between img and /img tags which are also enclosed to square brackets.

e.g.

"["img"]" www.thisismyphoto... "["/img"]"

Please note that you must not use the quotes.

You dont need the quotation marks either side of the URL, just the brackets.

Just click on the little image icon above the reply box and paste the address of the image in the little box that pops up.
