My sump seems to have oil dripping down it ive cheaned it and just done oil change and fresh oil is on it already im not sure if i need to re gasket the sump or is the leak from somewere else :(

have you got any pictures? pretty sure the sumps are pretty easy to do on them been a little while since ive done one so could be wrong

Looking at the Haynes manual, its reasonably straightforward. There is no gasket just a 2 to 3 mm bead of sealant.

I was told at my mates garage its a pain as goes onto side of gearbox also and you have to move the flywheel to get to some of the bolts i have a leak coming from it looks like next to under where the oil filter is but could also be sump the car is starting to really hack me off

nope dont have to move the flywheel just dont go dropping the bolts in the bell housing.. not good has to all be taken off aha
