Fair point. But at £30 each i'd rather have the challenge of fitting the cupra ones! Maybe i'll regret saying that. I guess it comes down to how much it's gonna cost me to make the cupra fitting tool, no-one on here seems to have the spacers available. You never know, I may opt for the powerflex - they do seem to have a good reputation.

If you ever go past Birmingham you could borrow my set of fitting spacers.

How much including p&p?

To fit the powerflex all you need is a hammer a block of wood and 2 spanners... I paid 90odd quid and that was for powerflex bushes, wishbones and balljoints.

So the bushes by there self should be only around 40quid for the pair on the bay of e

Where on earth did you pull £30 each from? They're £47.50 for a pair delivered with no special tool, fannying about or straps required. I suppose if you have sadomasochistic tendencies or love spending an afternoon doing a job that should take an hour if everything goes to plan then Cupra are the obvious choice, don't let us put you off :)

That was the RRP on the powerflex website. When I checked ebay and awesomeGTI the price was more like you quoted. So I guess you've convinced me, the price for the powerflex isnt too bad, they are a far superior design allowing full rotation movement, easy to fit with no special tools and they are guaranteed for life (apparantly). Powerflex it is. I've now ordered some  Cheers for the recommendation, i hope they live up to the hype!
