Ordered the front badge yesterday and got it today in NL. There seems to have been a change in th design; the nipples on the back of the badge just break off with a bit of sideways pressure

Importer has 1500 in stock if anyone's unable to get them. €18.99 each plus UK postage and I can post them off end of nexr week when in the UK

I got the new wheel emblems as well. It looks like the wheels have to come off to change them ,so, being a lazy sod I'll wait till I fit the winter tyres.

Yes the wheels do need to come off - done mine and well pleased with the result.

Sunday afternoon, finally time to fit the badge. Unfortunately , although I have a set of Torix sockets the fitting on the gack of the badge falls between 2 sizes. Bugga; looks like the garden weeds will bear the brunt.

Wrap a turn of adhesive around the smaller of the Torx driver and try that.

Maybe that's intentional. How may people still turn their noses up at Skoda products, but would gladly have the VW version? We even had someone here not so long ago asking about dimensions of Skoda badges as they wanted to buy some VW ones to fit to the car as "the wife" wouldn't be seen in a Skoda!
