Autocar magazine 13.06.2012 confirmed UK Superb Scout in either 2 or 4 wheel drive and suggests all current engines are available. Based on standard estate it has black cladding around the base of the bumpers, side sills and wheel arches. it aso has larger front air intakes.

Excellent. Any word on pricing and whether the UK Superb Scout gets the +20mm ride height and underbody protection?

I'm surprised by that - Volvo stopped making the all road because it wasnt selling.

I have seen a few things where Autocar have just guessed, and been wrong. Just because they say it's so doesn't make it true!

Unless they have mocked up the picture (which I know is easy to do with photoshop and equivalents) the article looks genuine enough.

Look on Skoda auto main site ( not SUK) it is called the outdoor on there I think

in Norway they changed the spec for this model....only 4wd and bad road package in elegance trim and no 18 inch rims ! They also changed the name.....since most cars are Outdoor : )

I understand the "outdoor" is a styling package. The Alldrive is a combination of 4wd, rough road package (+20mm with protection) and the outdoor styling package (tupperware guards etc). I'm basing this off the Alldrive description on th Skoda Media App on android, I cannot find this on their normal skoda-auto website.

A "Scout" model may be just the styling package.

Thanks KiwiBacon for the heads up on the SkodaMedia App, it's a mine of info although I can't find reference to the Superb Scout (Outdoor) on the iPhone version though. Bring on the Scout, had a teeny weeny prob on Sunday towing my van up a rutted farm track to a little CL site overlooking the Malvern Hills and the extra clearance would have been helpfull.
