Fabia Vrs Mk2

I had forgotten about this review untill i spotted it saved on my Netbook.

I averaged 52 mpg with the vRS over 500 miles of mixed driving in the rain on Sun/Mon,

best economy was on minor roads was 62 MPG for more than 70 odd hilly miles,

i even had A/C on a few times and i surprised myself by getting better economy as i was using it,

it was wet and coolish outside tho, and SWMBO demanded its use.

Habit of a life time now changed & i will always check how much quick clearing windows cost me, normally when in a car alone i dont get windows steaming up and do tend to go rather faster.

Was running on Sainsburys Super at £1.29.9 a litre.

Cant say i will be doing that regularly, but it is easily achievable.

I know the story, 'no pictures and it did not happen',

well i am so sad that i snapped the pictures of the fuel gauge,

just more sad, in that i can not upload them.
