I'm thinking of changing my Weitecs as the front left shock has gone and to replace will cost as much as fitting a new set of JOM coilovers.

Just wanted to see what all the people runnning them on their vRS' think of them?

I know they're half the price of the Weitecs but they do seem to be selling well and I haven't seen any horror stories.

Had them on my MK4 Ibiza and they were brilliant. Better than the APs I've got on my VRS.

I've not tried Weitecs, but I imagine they'd feel more 'quality' than JOMs, but I'd still recommend them

Cheers. Id love to upgrade the Weitecs but don't have the dosh. Don't want to go back to standard as I love the car sitting low.

I have them on mine can't fault them, had them on my golf estate too, don't see the point of buying dearer ones for every day driving.

I'm on the same train of thought now. I see DPM have them back in stock as well... Hmmm

I'm running Jom and they are fantastic! They do the job well and keep your wallet happy

Needs must and all that... personally having used both JOM and weitec altho the JOM are good I'd always save a little longer and get the weitecs

I've just bought some FK AKs last night. Couldn't find stock of the JOMs, don't think DPM have any either.

Got Joms on mine, think they are great, bouncier than the weitec's I had on my Ibiza but perfect for the price.

Just make sure you copper grease the threads.

That was for the new Fabia 5J, still waiting on stock for the 6Y.

We have the FK AK Street in stock though and they come with the drop links as well.

Fitted JOMS yesterday and rides fine, its a little low for me and tracking needs doing so will re adjust it all monday. Handles so much more now and feels very different to me :-)
