so woke up to the post man today and he hannded me my long awated pakage,

A FM modulator.

I got it filled with tunes and in the car in under 20 mins lol

OK - what actually is it?

takes your music turns it to an fm frequency, allowing you to recieve through the car radios tuner, hence music wirelessly through your existing stereo system

it transmitss music (from the usb) on a FM singnal and you pick it up on the sterio.

Mine I' afraid went in the bin due to poor quality, but it was chinese. .

I have a transmitter for bottom of my ipod, does same thing, great idea, but now have cable direct to ipod.

So how is the sound quality on these now...........?

Because I bought one about 3 years ago and it was just awful. Be good to hear that they've improved.

Should go all the way and get one of those cassette adapters for the iPod. They were truly 5hite
