Doesnt seem to have worked. I noticed quite a bit of oil around the DV, could that be the cause?

Try getting it tested under load via a Dynometer by a recommended Mechanic with plenty of Skoda experience. That should hopefully immediately identify the cause!

Sorry to read this! I hope you will find the problem. So far, mine has behaved fine with a nice acceleration, but damn, now my mpg sucks :giggle:
