Dealer service has improved

I'm going to post a dealer review shortly but considering the amount of negetive comments, including some from me, I thought I'd publicly redress the balance.

Yesterday I had my vRS serviced at Vindis in Cambridge. Have to say I only recognised one face but what a change. The parts manager (he alternates every other weekend with the service manager) was polite and friendly. When I asked them to try to track down a few rattles they agreed to have a look.

The service then came in under the quote  (still

I would be surprised if that is correct since oil 'condition' is not monitored on fixed service intervals. See the FAQ below:

Now I'm baffled. They did test the dash panel insert and that registered all OK. Looks like I'll have to keep an eye on it and see when it does finally decide to tell me to get an oil change.

Dont hold your breath..... 40k and still no wanting a service :o
