Think its time i upgraded my downpipe and cat. If i de-cat will it throw up any dash light?

Looks good,the only problem with decat pipes is you have to put the cat back on at mot time,I would think you would also get a eml light on your dash but some people have had that problem mapped out,I have a miltek down pipe and sport cat on mine which is a bit pricey but no lights and no faffing around mot time,which to me makes it worth it.good Luck with what ever you choose

Thanks dont want any lights on so its gona have to be a sports cat. As i cant get the light mapped out on the island and not going away for along time.

i have that decat and no cell light. most folks don't get a cell for having a decat.

i just bought a sports cat from egay for £35 including delivery lol. it just needs the flexi bit replacing. you can get a good secondhand one for around £200 anyway

If it helps I had my down pipe and a 200 cel high flow cat supplied and fitted at Powerflow for £400 all in. This was nearly two years ago and no probs with it. Rest of the system is also Powerflow

Ok i was thinking that there was a lamda sensor or somthing after the cat that would put dash lights on.

their is,if you take the cat away surly the post cat lambda would notice and put the light on? If some 100 cell sports cats bring the light on,why wont a decat?

that is the point some throw a light and some don't. I had a previous cell 100 and never got a cell and now with decat still don't well I do but not for lambda but for SAI delete.

yes a slightly quicker spool up and quite a bit more noise....including popping on overrun. love it.
