Howdy,

I'm getting so sick of my Octavia -03 BFQ, 240000 km

It stutters, hesitate (1500 - 3000 rpm), misfires and most of all it sounds like an old diesel boat.

It kind of hesitates like when my EGR was broken. It just started to hesitate when i was driving the other day.

Fault codes:

16685 - Cylinder 1 Misfire Detected

P0301 - 35-00 - -

16684 - Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected

P0300 - 35-00 - -

16687 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected

P0303 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent

16688 - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected

P0304 - 35-00 - -

Changed:

* Front and back Lambda

* MAF

* Sparks and cables

* Coils

* EGR

* Temp sensor (10 month ago)

* Some weird fuel recycler.

* Fuel filter

* Cleaned the throttle valve.

* Used STP injector cleaner

* Used some engine flush when changing oil and filter.

* Checked fuses

* Sprayed start gas over the engine to see if the rpm changes but nothing.

I have no clue on what to do next.

Get a compression test done - With a high mileage engine like that, it may be internal wear that's causing it to misfire. Maybe check the earths on the engine block too to make sure they're not broken or corroded.
