My 54 plate had a revision D installed, which caused the Columbus battery drain problem. The revision AD is what I upgraded to, and there are no issues at all now. Anything above L will be OK, the revisons went from single letters up to Z, and then started on double letters AA, AB etc.

The other gateway which is perfectly compatible is the 7N0 version.

The revision C that you have found will be even older than the one you have, AD is one of the later revisions.

The climate and parking displays will not show up in a Columbus or Bolero retrofit without changing the parking and climate control modules.

Hope this helps

Mike

Do you think the Gateway 1K0 907 530 S would work with a Bolero touch DVD player without any battery drain issue?
