I have only just noticed recently that when I accelerate (foot to the floor) in 2nd and 3rd gear the turbo seems to stutter sometimes even giving no acceleration for a couple of /10ths of seconds, and then carries on accelerating normally.

I know very little about cars so can't even start to wonder what it is. But when I accelerate gently it doesn't seem to happen. Naturally I am now thinking my turbo's on its way out and would like to know if it could be something cheap to fix or could is it something to worry about?

It's due a new Cambelt anyway so it will be going in the garage soon but has anyone ever had this problem?

It's a 2007 model standard spec.

tunin garage put it on diagnostic redid the software running great now try that
