Clear Plastic clip on windscreen

Featured Replies

Hello

Ive had my Fabia vRS for a week now and have noticed a Clear Plastic clip on windscreen in the bottom right hand corner and wondered what is it for?

Holding car park tickets so you don't have to stick them onto your windscreen.

It mentions it in the manual.

It's actually very handy - I refuse to stick things on my windscreen so in my old car I just used to drop parking tickets on the dash. With the clip the parking attendants can see it more clearly and it won't blow away on a windy day :D

It's a crafty scheme by Skoda who put it there as a reminder to you to read the handbook!!! :) :) :)They advise you should not drive along with anything in the clip for safety reasons! That rather ignores the fact there's a tax disc on the other side...

Or that there is a sticker below it, or for that matter on the passenger side at the top of the windscreen with the AA details on it
