Any help with this guys

Featured Replies

I'd be curious to know more about the 'stolen and recovered' part of its life.

Was there any damage, is it registered as a CAT C or CAT D or is it not-recorded?

Any issues as a direct result of it being stolen in 2008 should have shown up by now so I wouldn't be overly concerned.

It's clearly a very clean and well looked after car. The guy isn't shy at spending money on it (rear tints, private plate and colour coded lower grill) and as a member of a Skoda forum he clearly has interest in the brand and its cars so will have more likely had it serviced in accordance with the schedule, used VW 507.00 oil etc.

At £4,000 allowing for a little extra bit off through negotiation / taxing it for you and I'd say it's good to go!

Being a 2006 model it gets the better looking green brake calipers too!

Have a look at the second page of this thread

why? whats wrong with it seems low milage for its age? or has it been raggd

I don't know the history of this car or its former owner, but any car that was stolen recovered and had previously been very highly tuned I would take a stab in the dark and say it is very likely to have been ragged a fair bit.

There are a lot of used diesel vRS's out there so there is plenty of choice.

A remap does put additional strain on some mechanical components.

To many 'unknown's' about this particular one for me.
