Number plate - how many VRS owners have VRS in their number plates ?

Featured Replies

As the thread says - how many VRS owners have either chosen or purchased number plates including VRS, new or old style ?

I'm tempted, but then it won't be any good if I change to a non VRS car ?

I saw a Volvo S60 a while ago with an S40 *** number plate, so he'd presumably upgraded !!

i keep seeing an o5 plate silver vrs in abingdon thats not a member here with vrs in its plate. did park in front of him yesterday in the car park but we left before him so i doubt he saw the brisky number plate surrounds.

meeeeee i do :P

and it reflects my more mature years as well , before graham gives me stick.

and i changed my own no. a few times and decided against it this time , it gets expensive at £80 a time

I have one :) As do quite a few others on here :)

i have one too

So do i

I had three at one time, but then again I'm silly.......

I'd have bought one by now if I'd kept the vRS. 53 plate but would have got an old style one.

Its something I'm thinking about getting

I have one, £250 for J** VRS

Me too but only for a few more weeks as it's going with the car to a new owner.

There was a black fabia vrs in Bickerton Skoda Sheffield last week, with a vrs reg, don't know if it's anybodys off here though.

I did have the infamous S33 VRS briefly.

My plate starts VR5 I couldn't find what I wanted with VRS at the time and it was my fiancée that bought it for me too so beggars can't be choosers :P

That's a bit naughty... if the "5" is rounded to make it look like an "S"

I use to own the ultimate Vrs Plate.............Sadly no more. :rotz:

I thought about getting a VRS plate but it would look abit silly if i changed cars to something else.

So i compromised and got R5 ***

R5 actually looks like RS and my initials after it makes it a good personal plate. :)

I was originally going to get N50 VRS but i changed my mind.

I once saw the perfect number plate on a Blue Furby. It was SE** VRS, I wonder if is/was anyone on here?

TF51VRS would be the perfect plate for my Octavia. As far as I know, it's not available so someone somewhere must have this.

I have seen ?200 VRS around Halifax a while ago :)

I thought of at one time either VR51HOT (VR5 1 HOT) or VR52HOT (VR5 2 HOT) both were avalable form the dvla but then I just put my private plate on with my initals

Have seen two on DVLA in new format

CR ** VRS

both at bottom of the price range, unfortunately not available for my year !

I was trying to think up something along the lines of VW** TDI... but can't have 'I'... :o

There's loads of plates starting at £245 on the DVLA website. Like their little notice at the bottom of the page:

'Warning: If you intend purchasing a DVLA registration to misrepresent it on your number plate, we would rather you did not buy.'

Yes I own one and am happy with it, will transfer it to my Mum's VRS SE once I get rid of mine it wont be for a while yet though. :D
