Roomster to be facelifted again?

Featured Replies

The Roomster is moving production at the end of this year from Vrchlabi to Kvasiny and it seems maybe they are going to coincide the move with another facelift to extend it's life, and concentrate on the Fabia3 first.

It's a very popular car with it's owners and sales were actually up in the first half of this year, so would make sense.

The quote in this article says: "For the Roomster we have our plans and it has not said it's last word yet...."

There were some spy shots around recently of a Roomster test car with a disguised front end.

Skoda have plans over the next year or so to do away with the Roomster and have a people carrier/SUV based on the Volkswagen Turan.

It looks like a Turan...............

Do away! really that would be a shame are you sure where did you gleam that information from kevin fieldhouse I really like my Roomster.

Very Funny ,,, not!

I don't think that 'Roomster' should be the name for the Turan shaped vehicle. Roomster used to be a unique car due to its design. I am not saying that 2007 or 2011 Roomster are beautiful neither ungly. I am just saying that they are unique having their own personality and tamperament.

The new Turan shaped vehicle has a very attractive design but not a distinctive one as current is and in my opinion the new design is not the continuity / sequel of the current one but it is a brand new car (design and built. A whole new concept), thus it should have a brand new name on a brand new design and not the Roomster logo.

Take a look at the Octavias or Fabias or even Superbs. They all have a continuity in their designs and changes are not sudden but in portions each time.

No, it is just some patterned adhesive just to fool the eyes.

Exactly :rofl::rofl::rofl:

Is the Skoda chief designer a fan of cosmetic surgery?
