Does anybody else when cold if you press your clutch pedal half way down get a rattling noise ?

Sounds like its the clutch bearing tbh does your pedel pulse when you slightly engage the clutch pedel? If it is a really bad pulse it's possiably the dual mass fly wheel as Lofty79 said

strange mine pulses and it has an smf. I know cos i fitted it

You will get slight pulse on most it's when it's really bad buddy it's somthing many people do not notice.

did you find out if it was dmf or clutch release bearing ?
