I have bought a new PCV 06F 129 101 P to replace my original 06F 129 101 C valve.

I read in a thread regarding replacement that the check valve has been relocated to one of the breather hoses, except I can't bloody find the original thread or any information on this.

Can anybody help?

Replaced mine last week, hardest part of the job was getting the engine cover off!

Yeah I had a look at that this morning but it doesn't deal with the issue of going from a rev c to a rev p PCV. Be all sorted tomorrow I hope, I'll send the mrs into TPS.

If yours is an earlier tfsi and your original pcv didn't have the relocated breather hose you can buy the uprated equivalent, it's the type N rather than P: http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/231745-n-revision-pcv-fitted-along-with-bkr8eix-plugs/

I didn't realise there was another revision. I wrongly thought that every time a part was revised it superseded the previous revision. I've bought a P revision and will get the new breather. I doubt TPS will take the P Rev back now.
