Is my engine 'wonkey'?

Featured Replies

Still getting used to my new vrs, and got round to doing a full service yesterday.

When I took the engine cover off, the angle of the engine looks quite slanted, like its a fair bit lower on the passangers side.

The car feels and drives fine.

Is it supposed to be like this?

is your oil filler cap wonkey then if your engine is straight mate?

my engine leans in like above but the oil filler is perfectly level hence why i always thought it was normal

Even my petrol 1.4 16v AUB engine is on the slant!

All normal.......helps with oil drain down from what I've been told!
