hello, i have a Monte Carlo 2012, i have bought some LED DRL's off eBay. when i fitted them to the car they didnt work, i cant understand why not.

these are the lights i bought:

can someone explain why they dont work and if they are the wrong type (probably are) could someone help me find the correct ones

Sorry can't help with why they don't work but the seller doesn't seem that confident in the product -sounds like they are expecting a few returns!!

Thanks any ways, I was gutted when i tryed them and they didnt work, a just need some that will work lol

Hi, I had the same problem on my Monte, the led bulbs are not + and - compatible to the Monte's wiring,the easies option is to make up a couple of wires this is explained in a post a few months ago , have a look if you can find it , it is an easy way out to your problem.

they are the exact same as i have, but mine dont work :(

DRL LED conversion--Have alook at this post ,I think it was posted by Full Monte, on about the 6th April, this is the answer to your led prob.

tada! thankfully, I didn't have to go down this route with my monte. I got my LED's from HID Direct.
