JOM coilovers?

Featured Replies

Anyone here using these on a vrs Octavia? Very cheap on eBay guessing this is reflected in quality just wondering if anyone has them tried or test against other brands?

try seaching mate!

lots of stuff on them. npt good iirc. cjeap for a reason.

Hi i have used a set of Jom coilovers and found they wasent that bad for the price fitted lovely not to much of a ball ache to fit however for the first 2-300 miles they are alright not as bumpy as id imagined but after that and carrying weight they were awfull to say the least ...... i would advise a decent set of lowering springs and shocks ....

I would never put them near a Vrs

Hope this helps :)

Thanks for ur respsone there so tempting as soooo cheap lol obviously for a reason :)

yeah theyre definetly cheaply made ... its worth spending more money ...

Jom's don't fit the vrs iirc unless it's the red version your looking at?

I run the cheapo ones on our lass's golf and tbh there not that bad, wouldn't run them on a vrs tho, save up a bit more dollar and get some better ones. Can't go wrong with weitec hicon gt's for the price.

Seen the same ones on fleabay on thought about asking on here what you lot thought about them, and there`s my answer!!! To be honest getting a little old so I think new springs and standard shocks very soon as the old girl is feeling a little rough on the road

As mentioned the JOM kit doesn't fit the VRS.
