Radiator questioj

Featured Replies

Hello, i do hope someone can help me

I have a 2004 vrs which has started to loose coolant. I have found that my radiator is leaking. Can anyone tell me if this is the right rad for my car?

http://www.adrad.co.uk/prices/prices.php?id=SE324&model=FABIA&make=SKODA

If not can someone perhaps point me in the right direction of where to find one cheap. Not got alot of spare cash you see and the car is my daily driver.

Thanks

Where is it leaking from? If its the n/s are you sure it's not just the rad fan switch?

Hi,

I am not sure how to post a new thread on the forum (I only posted once I think a year and a bit ago!) but I have a problem with the coolant on my Skoda Fabia, 1.2l petrol 53 reg.

I have had to add coolant 3 times in the space of a month as it got under the minimum.

My partner and I looked today at the radiator and there seem to be 2 small leaks with wet patches on it on the radiator itself.

I guess I'll have to buy a new radiator...(from eurocarparts?)

Is it do-able to do it ourselves?(my partner would do it not me although he has never changed one before!) Or is it quite a hard job?

Thanks and sorry for hi jacking the thread, please feel free to move it :-)
