hi guys, Iv not posted on here for a while as my VRS has been good as gold! till now.

Iv just driven down to Devon from Surrey, and well in to the jurney I found that accelerating from 2000rpm (more noticable in 4th and 5th gear), when it gets to 3000rpm the rev counter gets ahead of its self by 500rpm for a couple of seconds and drops back again. There is also a stutter in acceleration when the revs drop back in line with the engin revs. Im sure its not the clutch slipping as the revs sound consistant.

Any help would be appreciated.

Does sound like clutch is slipping to me, i would take it steady from now on as you will loose drive if it fails totally
