Passenger Seat Belt Clip clunk against the B pillar

Featured Replies

Noticed a mild iritant recently, when I am in the car on my own, the seat belt clip for the front passenger sometimes clunks against the B pillar trim.

Does everyone get this and is there a "fix" apart from carrying a passenger all the time ?

Thanks.

Paul

Yes and no.

Even my old Clio (which I hated) had a magnet built into the side panel to stop this.

That might be your option, a small magnet and some superglue.

I may well try that next time I take the B Pillar trim off. Not required on the drivers side though.

Raise the height adjustment to the top - that stopped mine knocking.
