I've changed my gearbox oil today , I put 2 litres of Fuchs TITAN SINTOFLUID SAE75W-80. I had the oil from opie oils its a nice pale yellow ,not like the dark brown oil that came out. The gearchange is a little improved. Before , it used to stick in gear, sometimes wouldn't go in gear at traffic lights . It still does this but not so often.

I used this stuff off avaiable off ebay FEBI SAE 75 GL-4 21829.

I did both mine and my dads and inparticular it made my dads car so much quieter it was well shocking. Both came out dark brown.

Best to contact your dealer and ask them.

The stuff I got was G 060 stuff. £5 odd per litre +vat per litre.

Might vary with your box but pretty sure all the 6 speed boxes use the same stuff.
