Anyone know what this item is for, as shown in the official Yeti accessories brochure under towbar electrics section?

This is for the fridge and battery charging in a 13 pin socket which previously hasn't been available from factory. Most factory towbars with 13 pin electrics only come with a permanent live supply

Many thanks. But what is this for then (from same brochure) - will I need both for split charging?
