My other idea after a while is to have the number plate surround smoothed same as where the fog lights would be.

yeh we fitted it and obviously couldn't keep the fog lights, so removed em, then my mate goes. i've found smaller piping kit for it on ebay. after i'd cut them out. Gutted about the fog lights but still pleased with the results after meshing the bumper up.

you mean wide mouth?. . . or actually smoothing the plate plinth into the bumper?. .

Hope you removed that orange clip for the bonnet stay once fitted, as it fouls the bracket when shut if you don't.

Could be. That clip has to be taken out. Did you ever get the full fitting instructions? Failing that, swap out a damper from your bootlid with the one that came with the kit, and it should be better, New dampers are damned strong!

How was your bracket for the lifter kit?? If its anything like mine... I would have gone to superskoda and got there kit as you get 2 little dampers and there alloy ones, the bay would look loads better and I think they are the same money too

smoothin, wide mouth looks crap, and i wanna be different seen as tho everyone around our area has a silver fabia now with black alloys!! grrr

thinking about having my wheels polished with blue inserts, cos i've just bought some grooved discs all round and gunna paint the calipers blue also thats next on the check list.
