Help please! Could do with a installation guide for fitting front coilovers and how to adjust

Fitting is the reverse of removal. and adjustments are made by winding up or down the threaded spring seat.

Ok. That was a bit of a obvious answer.

Whats this about shorter droplinks? And what do i do about the tops off the coilovers do i put the tops off the standard ones on?

yes, strut top mounts and bearings from existing units. Shorter drop links if you find that it fouls the drive shafts. Mondeo ones i believe people have been using.

It was an obvious answer to quite a vague question, there isnt a guide per se, but its quite a simple arrangement, they are bolted to the car at the top and at the bottom.

you need compressors to avoid old mounts flying off at high speed when undone.

Its not easy to remove strut top bearings - be warned.

also need a hub spreader and spline tool iirc
